Petlitterbag.com’s hours of service are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm (CST).
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
1. Order Cancellation
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.
2. How long are returns valid for?
Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the pet poop bag products arrives.
If you have received the pet poop bag products for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return.
3. About back goods freight and re-listing fees

5.About Refund
Once the returned pet poop bag products arrives at Petlitterbag.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.
Due to the internal processes of the banking system, it will take roughly 1-2 business days for the amount to reach your account after we complete the refund operation.
